GSHZ automatic turning solid-liquid separator is widely used in municipal waste treatment,textile,paper,leather,brewage,sugar and animal slaughter fields,can automatic clean the wastes contionuosly,take the solid-liquid separtion as the aim.

Working principal

Some certain special harrow tooth assemble into one grille chains,under the force of transmission parts,the chain drives the harrow tooth to turn in the certain directuion continuously,the solid and wastes adhered in the harrow tooth will be separated from the liquid,and the liquid will flow out through the harrow tooth grille distance.

When the harrow tooth chain move to the equipment upper end,the each harrow tooth will self clean by themselves,so most of the wastes and dolids will fall down by gravity,in addition the reverse action of the rubber brush can clean the wastes and solids in the harrow tooth again.
