WLS non-shaft screw transporter is our new-developed equipment which import the overseas advanced technology,is the support product for LW horizontal screw offload centrifuge,applied in the sludge dehydration in waste water treatment plant,and in the material transportation in mash material,suger,brewage,food,starch and juice.
Structure features
Main parts:shell,non-shaft screw linling plate,inlet/outlet,cover plate and deceleration transmission device.
WLS non-shaft screw transporter operates in the sealed type,non-shaft screw is the thick ribbon blades,the driving parts can drive the material smoothly.The shell is lined with industrial plastics,rotor blades,and the shell bottttom linling plate slide touched,its shell is the U-type pipe or round pipe,can transport horizontally or obliquely,the transportation length and installation angel can be determined by customers,the material can be transported into the shell through the inlet,with the pulling of the rotor blades,push along the screw direction, then discharge from the outlet and transported to the need parts directly.
