¡ö KWL Adjustable Horizontal Screw Centrifuge

Can concentrate, dehydrate and separate the suspends from Diameter several micrometers to 3 millimeter in the liquid, it achieves the liquid-solid separation by centrifugation.

¡¡¡¡Working principal and structure
The non-hole turning drum turns in high speed, and inside equip with screw transporter turning in the same direction,and these two will have certain speed difference,and the suspension liquid will enter from the inlet pipe into the high-speed turning drum,with the effect of centrfugal force,the solids in the suspension liquid will precipitate in the inside turning drum rapidly,and the screw transporter will transport to the turning drum terminal and discharge from the outlet, the clean liquid will go out from the overflow outlet.

Applied in solid-liquid separation of municipal waste water, industrial waste water sludge dehydration,paper,dyeing,chemical,chemical fiber,medicine,mining area,leather industry ect.Also applied in separation and dehydration of brewage,starch,soybean,corn protein and food ect,Juice purifcation and pulp fiber dehydration.

The turn drum has the filtration net for overflow liquid to separate the overflow liquid again,make the overflow liquid cleaner,The overflow outlet takes the adjustable design,can adjust according to the overflow liquid quality and sludge discharging status.Meantime,increase the length/ diameter ratio,lengthen the turning drum precipation area and drying area can also improve the effect of solid-liquid separation.The parts touching liquid all take stainless steel,the screw take the anti-corrosion and wear-proof protection.
