The body of the machine is molded with nodular graphite steel with good tensile strength and wear resistance.
We take the V-shape design for the main slide table,and take high wear-resisting alloy steel and best heat treatment for clamping plate at both sides,so we can guarantee the
high precision and stability of the main slide table under the long term and high speed movement.
Take S-shape flange for blanking system,the cutting guide plate center is in consonance with the cutter drum center, and the cutting force can be transmitted at one
line,which can get the maximum cutting force and most stable cutting.
The machine is equipped with pneumatic brake with flexible in-ching and convenient debugging.Equipped with automatic fault detector and security
protection device,the machine can stop automatically when having fault.
Install the non-return device for feeding,and so increase the feeding precision.
