The ZS308A multi-station high-speed cold headers is a kind of automatic equipment with high efficiency used to make screws (bolts). The horizontal arrangement is adopted for the upsetting station of our machine tool and the cold-drawn disk (bar ) materials are used to produce the screw (bolt ) products in succession through the working procedure of cutting off, preliminary punching, intensive punching and thread rolling.
